Day #3 has gone a little better, mainly because we haven't done much!
My mom made us a nice breakfast of eggs, bacon, and toast. Thanks! Then the girls watching a little Elmo and then were outside to enjoy this beautiful day.
We had lunch and then I left so I could get home for naps. Eliza fell asleep on the way home which was about 1:15 and she is still sleeping and it's 4:45! Usually I would wake her up by 4 but NOT TODAY!
I am hoping to have a quiet evening of hanging out a home, playing on the swingset, and cleaning up a little.
Whew.....I appreciate Shawn more and more each day. Not because he does things (which he does and it's incredibly nice!), but because it's nice to have someone to share this crazy life with, to bring some sanity to the insanity, and to share adult conversatation with. I think I could do a whole blog on how great Shawn is...hmmm...I just might!

my favorite sound is my husband's car driving into the driveway at the end of the day...isn't it wonderful to have the other half of your whole to share your life with
