Off to the Fair!

I just love the Hudsonville Fair! It reminds me of days past when families would go every year because it was the thing to do. Can't you just smell the cotton candy, popcorn, and caramel apples! We try and go every year because it is always a fun evening with lots to do. The weather was great and we went on a Tuesday so all of the carnival rides were $1! It was Adrianna and Eliza's first time to a carnival and they loved it!

We did see bunnies, chickens, pigs, llamas, ducks, horses, cows, a donkey, sheep, and goats.















In one of the barns they had some vendor booths. The girls found the gymnastics booth right away! They did great hanging from the bar and walking up a ladder that was slanted on the floor. Of course my little monkey's knew just what to do!


















Eliza and Papa! She didn't want to do any of the rides, she just kept saying "No thanks!"






Adrianna actually went on the Ferris Wheel with my sister Sarah and daddy! Shawn kept saying "Find a happy place, find a happy place.." (from Finding Nemo)! Shawn said she didn't seem too scared!






They are in the chair at the very top! I was a little nervous letting her get on, but at least Shawn and Sarah were with her.

Adrianna actually went on a ride all by herself! About halfway through she kept asking for it to be done!
