Once again, I am amazed and encouraged by the church that God has led us too. Everything they do is always done with great preparation and thought. They have amazing follow-up and have such a heart for the kids of our church.
After Adrianna accepted Jesus they started sending us these packets of activities to do with her to encourage her spiritual growth. When we complete them, we have to mail them in and then we receive another one.
This past Sunday they had a spiritual birthday party for all the kids that have accepted Christ in the past few months. Each family had a table and a cake to share. They had some crafts to do, we had a worship time, and then Pastor Mark shared a little about their vision for helping our kids grow in their spiritual journey. They all received a bible and Jam hat too.
As parents, this is such a crucial time for us to help guide Adrianna in her walk with Christ. It is such a blessing to have a church that is helping us do that.
I think this past week they have had 78 kids accept Christ! There were even 2 kids that came to the party with a friend that accepted Christ just from the lesson! God is at work and it is so amazing to see it!
